Looking for a yummy healthy recipe that both mom and baby can enjoy? Try this easy to make Banana and Date Flapjacks! They can be made for breakfast or just as a treat. If you don’t want them to sweet reduce it to 1 date or none.
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 3 Dates
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until the mixture is nice and smooth.
Lightly grease the pan with butter. Put stove on medium high and wait until the pan is hot and then add the mixture to it. I added 2 Tbsp’s of mixture at a time.
Fry till brown on both sides.
Top with fruits of your choice and a drizzle of honey for and extra treat!
