Green Goodness Smoothie

Try this tasty on the go green smoothie recipe. Its dairy free and filled with loads of  vitamin c and iron. Perfect for those wanting to detox their bodies.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Orange Peeled and Cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • 300 ml Water (Depending on how thin you want it)
  • 1 Cup Of Baby Spinach
  • 2 Sprigs of mint
  • A 2cm Knob of Ginger
  • 1 Cup of Water

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy. Add extra ginger if trying to get rid of nausea, menstrual cramps, flu or belly weight.
