Snack Idea’s

Looking for some yummy snacks ideas? Take a look at the list below. These are usually my
go to snacks to help get me through the day.

  • Boiled Eggs
  • Various fruits cut into slices (Apples, berries, bananas, etc)
  • Nuts (Cashews, Almonds, etc)
  • Nut Butters
  • Biltong
  • Seeds (Flax Seeds / Mixed Seeds / Pumpkin Seeds / Sunflower, etc)
  • Dried Fruits (Make sure there are no added sugars)
  • Various veggies cut into slices (Cucumber, Carrots, tomatoes, etc)
  • Seed Crackers
  • Cheese cut into bite sizes
  • Rice Cakes
  • Homemade Veggie Crisps
  • Yoghurt
  • Date Balls
  • Fat Bombs

There are plenty more where these came from. As I make them, I’ll post them 🙂
