- 1 Orange Peeled and Cut into cubes
- 1/2 Cup Pineapple cut into chunks
- 300 ml Water (Depending on how thin you want it)
- 1 Cup Of Baby Spinach
- 2 Sprigs of mint
- A 2cm Knob of Ginger
- 1 Cup of Water
